Peanut Butter Oatmeal Protein Bars

This is one of my favorite protein bar recipes to come home to after a long day of work and some days it is my breakfast on the go. By far the most requested peanut butter snack from my kids.

RECIPE:

1 Cup Creamy Nut Butter (I used ALL NATURAL DARK CHOCOLATE DREAMS PEANUT BUTTER)

*if use plain peanut butter add 1/4 cup cacao

5 scoops low sugar protein powder (I used MUSCLE PHARM COOKIES AND CREAM)

3 Cups Old Fashioned Cooking Oats (uncooked)

2/3 - 3/4 Cup water- (it will depend on protein powder you use)

Mix all ingredients until cookie dough like consistency (may have to use hands)

Add:

mix in 1/2 cup ENJOY LIFE SEMI-SWEET chocolate chips or Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

Place IN 9 X 13 cake pan and press down until evenly distributed.

Spread a very thin layer of All Natural Peanut Butter on top and Sprinkle with Sugar Free chocolate Chips or ENJOY LIFE SEMI-SWEET Chocolate Chips. Cover and place in fridge. Will last in fridge for 1 week if it makes it that long. ENJOY!
