All Natural -Whole Foods- Brownie Bites

I have a sweet tooth and like to come up with recipes that are healthy and guilt free. This recipe is protein packed, sugar free, and gluten free.

So when I am craving brownies I like to make different recipes with Cacao. You will see several posts in the future with variations of one of my favorite desserts growing up, BROWNIES, just made much healthier.

Recipe:

4 Cups Raw Almonds

3 TBSP Hemp Seed (optional)

1 tsp Sea Salt

2/3 Cup Cacao

2/3 Cup Pure Maple Syrup

1/2 cup Cold Pressed Coconut Oil

Directions:

Place raw almonds in Food Processor and pulse on High Speed for 1 1/2 minutes. Then add the rest of ingredients and blend until dough like consistency. Dump brownie mixture into bowl and taste. Can add more maple syrup if want a little sweeter or cacao for richer flavor. Use medium cookie scoop and make your batter into bite size balls. Place balls in a container with a lid that can be placed in fridge or freezer. Will last in fridge for 1 week and freezer 1 month.
