Lemon Lovers Coconut Protein Balls
I love lemon bars! So this healthy recipe has been one of my favorites to replace that sugar packed lemon bar craving.
Zest of 1 Lemon
2 TBSP Lemon fresh lemon juice
1/2 Cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
2 TBSP Agave or Honey
Mix all ingredients together and take cookie scoop and form into balls. Place in air tight container and put in fridge.
*When I make this I double the batch and enjoy over the following week as my go to sweet tooth moment.
