Omegazing Cookies
This recipe was created to have a few high quality Omega ingredients for brain and heart health.
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Omegazing Cookies Recipe:
2/3 Cup Almond Butter
2/3 Cup Sucanat Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
cream sugar and Almond butter together then add eggs, vanilla and applesauce and cream together. Add dry ingredients listed below:
2 Cups Gluten Free Flour
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
stir all ingredients until cookie dough consistency then add ingredients below:
1-2 Cups Chocolate Chips (depending on how chocolatey you like your cookies)
1/2 Cup chopped Walnuts
1 Cup Raisins
Mix with rest of ingredients then use large cookie scoop and place 12 cookies on large cookie baking sheet. Bake at 350 degree for 12 minutes.
