Chocolate Chia Pudding

One of my favorite chocolate sweet tooth moment recipes is this Chia pudding. It is so easy to make and delicious!


To any small mason jar add all ingredients below (add liquids first) and place lid on and shake vigorously until cacao is mixed in well. Can use a small whisk if needed.

3/4 cup any milk, unsweetened ( I use Hemp Protein milk or Almond Protein Plus)

2 tsp maple syrup (all natural) or honey

3-4 TBSP Chia seeds (I prefer 4)

1 TBSP cacao powder

Refrigerate after well mixed in fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight. When ready to eat stir well, may have to still break up a few clumps of cacao. The sweetness can be adjusted to your own ta
