On the Go Peanut Butter Protein Bites
I Love peanut butter flavor and came up with these with less peanut butter and more peanut butter flour so that I could really enjoy the flavor with less calories.
Recipe:
1 cup Orgain Peanut Butter Protein powder(can use any peanut butter protein powder)
1 cup Oat Bran( I like Bob's Red Mill)
1/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup water or low calorie nut milk
*can add 1-2 TBPS honey or agave if want- lessen water or nut milk if do
Mix all ingredients together and use small cookie scoop to form into balls. Divide the batch into 4 balls being one serving and place in snack size zip lock bags and place in fridge or freezer.
