Protein Packed Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
1 Can of Garbonzo Beans (drain and rinse)
put into food processor and pulse until creamier texture
Add:
1/3 cup Almond butter
3 heaping TBSP of Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup (All natural -no sugar added)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup ISO 100 Casein vanilla or Birthday Cake protein powder(works better that whey protein)
Process on high until combines together like cookie dough
can add
1/4-1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips

lace in fridge or freezer after you have enjoyed some. If you want to make a warm cookie take a large cookie scoop and flatten cookie dough somewhat on a small plate and put in microwave for 20-30 seconds. So yummy!
