My favorite Chia seed pudding
This recipe is full of flavor and so easy to make. I like to put all the ingredients in a pint jar with a lid.
3 TBSP Chia seeds
1 scoop FitMiss Chai protein powder
1 1/2 -2 cups Karma milk
can add 1/2 tsp cinnamon if like
Stir well and put lid on jar and place in fridge over night or for 4 hours before you eat.
The Chia seeds will expand and make it like rice pudding or tapioca pudding consistency.
You can also use any type of milk you prefer and add more chia seeds... depends on how thick you want it.
