Chia Seed Pudding
These can be ”over night” oats if you would like to add 1/3-1/2 cup Old Fashioned cooking oats. If so you may want to just add 1-2 TBSP of Chia seeds. For me I like to make this yummy recipe with Chia seeds only.
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1 cup Plain Kefir
3-4 drops of liquid Stevia
1/3-1/2 cup berries (can be frozen or fresh)
Put first three ingredients in a container (that has a lid)or jar. Stir all three ingredients until well blended. Then add 1/2 cup berries and place lid on top then put in fridge to sit for at least 2 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
