Easy to make and so delicious homemade chocolate ganache

This Recipe is super easy to make in your blender. For this post I made it in my single serve smoothie container in my Ninja Professional 1500 watt blender. Below are pictures of the ingredients, container, and how to store your ganache in air tight container in fridge.


3/4 cup Grade B maple syrup (or can do sugar free syrup, or blue agave syrup)

3/4 cup cacao powder

1/3 cup unrefined coconut oil

1/2-1 tsp vanilla

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy smooth- you may have to stop blender and stir one time to have it blend well. So in my the nutribullet I blend 30-40 seconds- stop and stir and blend for another 30-45 seconds.

Can add a dash of cayenne pepper, cinnamon, sea salt or tbsp of instant coffee to intensify flavor.

Put ganache in air tight container and after placed in fridge for a few hours it will be truffle consistency and melt in your mouth 👄😋
