Heathy Peanut butter protein bars
Add to mixing bowl:
1 cup PB2 powder
1 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup Psyllium husk or almond flour
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 TBSP coconut oil
2 TBSP honey
14 drops of Stevia (or can add a little more honey to your own taste for sweetness)
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
then add 1/2 cup Lily’s chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together except cho chips - it should be cookie dough consistency. Depending on the protein powder used you may need to add a little more almond milk. Then add chocolate chip.
Line loaf pan with wax paper and press dough evenly down in pan. cover and put in fridge for at least an hour or freezer for 30 minutes and then cut into bars or bite size yummy protein pbites pieces.
