My version of peanut butter cheesecake protein balls- less fat - sugar free.


Combine in mixer

8 oz. cream cheese

1/4 cup coconut oil

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup mink fruit

mix until creamy then add:


1/2 cup PB2 protein powder

1 cup vanilla or cheesecake protein powder - can do 11/2 cups almond flour if want less salty flavor ❤️

should be cookie dough consistency-

can put in airtight container in freezer or fridge - take out later and fork into balls or eat like fudge pieces ⭐️
