Peanut butter 🧡Cheesecake fat bombs
I am sure I will be making these mouthwatering ”fat bombs“ again.... I left them at my daughters house because yeah, they are that good 😋😋😋
Combine in a mixer with cake whisk attachment the following ingredient:
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup room temp butter
1 cup peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 sugar substitute - use any you like- I used stevia half and half munk fruit) low calorie
blend until very creamy
Then add:
3 cups almond flour - if want a thicker dough with more protein add 1 cup cheesecake protein powder or vanilla Protein powder. Both are amazing 🤩
You will refrigerate the dough for about an hour , then take out and use cookie scoop to form into bite size balls and put them in an airtight freezer container to have 1-2 bales (serving size) for dessert.
