Super delicious Protein balls

I have made so many protein ball variations in my life and this one is by far one of my favorites. It is low in sugar and carbs and for me I just feel satisfied with eating 2, unlike others that I could pop like donut holes 😂.


Ingredients:


1 cup vanilla protein powder (ISO whey)

1 cup PB2 powder (peanut butter powder)

1/2 cup flax meal

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/3 cup unrefined coconut oil

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup water 💦

1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips


Mix all ingredients together and scoop out with cookie scoop into balls. put in airtight container in fridge and enjoy!


Additional notes:

Choose a protein powder that is low in sugar but has a sweet deep vanilla flavor . If you choose to use vegan protein powder you will need to add more water. if your protein powder isn’t naturally sweet you can always add A LTTTLE HONEY OR AGAVE.

These are high in fiber, protein and added Omegas and healthy fats to help you feel satisfied with just a few.
